  Business Owner

  Dr. Michelle Facer is a board certified Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon. 

  Doctor Michelle Facer has lived in Eau Claire since 2002 with her family. She has two children, Madison (17) and Parker (13), and a petite goldendoodle named Toby (10). She loves to cook, play tennis, and travel with her family. Doctor Facer uses her expertise as a Facial Plastic Surgeon and ENT to provide superior injection techniques to her clients. Her 4 years of medical school, 5 years of residency at Mayo Clinic Rochester, and 17 years in private practice provide extensive anatomic, physiologic, and diverse surgical knowledge. She possesses a complete understanding of how each injectable option will affect form as well as function for the best possible outcome. Lotus Spa entrusts injection services solely to Doctor Facer, the on-site physician and medical director.
  
  Dr. Facer has always had a keen eye for aesthetics and she and her husband opened Lotus Spa in January 2007 in order to provide a local sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.  Her goal is to provide an exceptional spa experience utilizing the best techniques and products available.  She believes in constant introspection and ongoing training to maintain the high standard achieved at Lotus Spa.

  Hi, I’m Rebecca, the Clinic Coordinator here at Lotus Bloom. One of my favorite services we offer is Dysport injections—I love seeing the results people can obtain within just a few days of their appointment.

  My favorite part of my job is watching and participating in hands-on training sessions from the brands we work with like Eminence Organics Skin Care and Sciton Advanced Skin Care, and I always look forward to learning new things from our talented nurses, aestheticians, and cosmotologists. I love being part of a team that values expertise and innovation.

  In addition to overseeing daily clinic operations, I help manage our social media channels. I enjoy creating content that showcases our services whenever possible and show off our clinicians' talents.

  Jennifer is a Registered Nurse who accomplished her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Winona State University of Minnesota. Jennifer lives in the Eau Claire area with her husband, Brandon. Living in their country home, Jennifer is able to enjoy her passion for her three horses. 
  Jennifer holds a broad medical knowledge base from working in healthcare for 25+ years. She has an extensive background in surgery as a Surgical Technologist for 12+ years. Jennifer is also a practicing Emergency Department Nurse at a regional critical access hospital. 
  Jennifer's aspiration to improve a person's self-image is undeniable. She has been known to say, "When I am able to help someone feel better about how they see themselves in a mirror, it's truly a beautiful thing." She takes great pride in her involvement with a client's transformation. Therefore, having the opportunity at Lotus Spa to provide various aesthetic services to her clients is a well-suited fit.

  As a RN, I enjoy helping others feel their best when they leave my care.

  What do you like to do in your free time?
  Playing with my children. I have a son, Hudson, age 12 and a daughter, Ellery age 9. We love the outdoors and sports. I spend the majority of my time watching/playing golf with my son, watching his baseball games/tournaments, football games/tournaments and cross country skiing. I also love watching/traveling with my daughter as she performs in her Aerialympics. Family always comes 1st and we enjoy anything we can do together.

  What is your favorite part of your career as a Registered Nurse?
  My favorite part of my career as a Registered Nurse is serving others. Whether that be providing a service or skill, or educating my patients so that they have the knowledge to guide their decisions. Helping others to feel better is my biggest joy in my profession.

  What do you like to do in your free time?
  My favorite thing to do is find adventure with my family. My free time is filled with my favorite people, and usually spent outdoors: hiking, boating, camping, fishing, skiing, hockey, biking, and exploring new places. I am also an avid reader.

  What is your favorite service here at Lotus Spa?
  My favorite service to receive is a massage. My favorite service to perform is a toss up between laser and Dysport - both make subtle, but beautiful changes to the facial canvas.

  It’s not too late, and you’re not too old.
