  Business Owner

  Dr. Michelle Facer has called Eau Claire home since 2002, following five years of residency training at The Mayo Clinic. She lives there with her family, which includes her two children, Madison and Parker, as well as their petite goldendoodle, Toby. A passionate cook and board game enthusiast, Dr. Facer also enjoys traveling with her family.

  As a Facial Plastic Surgeon and ENT specialist, she offers her clients exceptional injection techniques, informed by a deep understanding of how various injectables impact both form and function to achieve optimal results. Dr. Facer oversees and mentors the highly skilled nurses at Lotus Bloom, which uniquely benefits from having an on-site medical director.

  Driven by her keen eye for aesthetics, Dr. Facer and her husband established Lotus Spa in January 2007, creating a local sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Her mission is to deliver an outstanding spa experience, utilizing the finest techniques and products available. Committed to continuous introspection and ongoing training, she ensures that Lotus Spa maintains the highest standards of excellence.

  Hi, I’m Rebecca, the Clinic Coordinator here at Lotus Bloom. One of my favorite services we offer is Dysport injections—I love seeing the results people can obtain within just a few days of their appointment.
  
  

  My favorite part of my job is watching and participating in hands-on training sessions from the brands we work with like Eminence Organics Skin Care and Sciton Advanced Skin Care, and I always look forward to learning new things from our talented nurses, aestheticians, and cosmotologists. I love being part of a team that values expertise and innovation.
  
  

  In addition to overseeing daily clinic operations, I help manage our social media channels. I enjoy creating content that showcases our services whenever possible and show off our clinicians' talents.

  Registered Nurse

  Hi, I’m Danielle. I have been a nurse here at Lotus Bloom for over 3 years. I went to nursing school and got my degree from Nicolet Area Technical College in Rhinelander in 2020. Shortly after, I moved back to Eau Claire and started working here! I am certified in lip filler and Dysport, and also practice laser, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP and CoolSculpting. I also work in a dermatology clinic, assisting in skin cancer surgeries.
  
  

  My favorite service to do and have done is BBL Forever Young. I have seen so many people’s skin completely transformed from this service.If you are concerned with overall skin complexion and have dark spots and sun damage, this is the treatment for you!
  
  

  I live in Eau Claire with my dog (Linus) and my boyfriend. I love making jewelry, crocheting, camping, hiking, and going to concerts. We’ve also recently gotten into gardening, which has been an interesting adventure. I would love to meet you and get you started on your skin care journey!

  Jennifer is a Registered Nurse who accomplished her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Winona State University of Minnesota. Jennifer lives in the Eau Claire area with her husband, Brandon. Living in their country home, Jennifer is able to enjoy her passion for her three horses. 
  Jennifer holds a broad medical knowledge base from working in healthcare for 25+ years. She has an extensive background in surgery as a Surgical Technologist for 12+ years. Jennifer is also a practicing Emergency Department Nurse at a regional critical access hospital. 
  Jennifer's aspiration to improve a person's self-image is undeniable. She has been known to say, "When I am able to help someone feel better about how they see themselves in a mirror, it's truly a beautiful thing." She takes great pride in her involvement with a client's transformation. Therefore, having the opportunity at Lotus Spa to provide various aesthetic services to her clients is a well-suited fit.

  My name is Kay Martin. I am originally from Bismarck, ND, and moved to Eau Claire in 2017 with my beautiful family. I have used my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree to gain over 26 years of experience working as a nurse in multiple areas. I have a strong love for the aesthetic world, which led me to Lotus Bloom.
  
  I have had the priviledge to recieve extensive training under Lotus Bloom's Medical Director, Dr. Michelle Facer, Sciton Laser, MINT Aesthetics, Galderma, and professional in-person training and education with all of our injectable options available at Lotus.
  
  I am very caring, detail oriented, and passionate about my work to ensure the best possible results for my clients. It was through my own personal skin care journey that my passion for aesthetic medicine and medical grade skin care was fueled. I believe in the power of prevention with the goal of maintaining a natural and more youthful look.

  What is your favorite part of your career as a Registered Nurse?
  My favorite part of my career as a Registered Nurse is serving others. Whether that be providing a service or skill, or educating my patients so that they have the knowledge to guide their decisions. Helping others to feel better is my biggest joy in my profession.

  What do you like to do in your free time?
  My favorite thing to do is find adventure with my family. My free time is filled with my favorite people, and usually spent outdoors: hiking, boating, camping, fishing, skiing, hockey, biking, and exploring new places. I am also an avid reader.

  What is your favorite service here at Lotus Spa?
  My favorite service to receive is a massage. My favorite service to perform is a toss up between laser and Dysport - both make subtle, but beautiful changes to the facial canvas.

  What is the best piece of life advice you have learned so far?
  It’s not too late, and you’re not too old.

  Hello! I'm Denaya, a licensed aesthetitican originally from Rice Lake, WI. I moved to Madison to pursue my passion at Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness, graduating in March 2023. I'm certified in Barbicide disinfection, LED Light Therapy by LightStim, and lash extensions by Lash Addict. Since joining Lotus Spa in May 2023, it's been an incredible journey. My favorite services are waxing and our clinical facials, especially our new Lotus Purifying Facial, but you can never go wrong with a relaxation facial. I'd love to assist you with any of your skincare needs here at the spa!
